That seems pretty good value for a Premiership Club, it is my understanding, that West Ham owners value their club at one billion and of course, they don't own the stadium ..... at the moment.

I thought Gao bought an 80% stake for about £200m from that Swiss blokes widow a couple of years ago. Could be wrong.
