According to experts there is no such thing as an English 'Race'. The earliest peoples to live in Britain came across the land bridge from Europe and were part of the spread of populations from Africa over the previous thousands of years. After that there were constant waves of immigration which mearged into the population over the next few millenia.
So when did England start? Whenever is was, all the population would be of mixed race at that time.

According to my DNA test I’m a British mongrel. Varying percentages of Saxon, Celt, all Scanda-hooligan countries, French and a bit of European Jewish in there as well. Typical for someone born in East Anglia.
