Cooper v Embleford 2
Looking forward to the weigh-in for this rematch on Saturday after the controversial end to their last titanic clash at the Breyer Stadium.
On that occasion Embleford unaccountably threw the towel in (plus a few toys from his pram to boot) whilst losing on points to Cooper. He then sought to blame Cooper for having the audacity to exist.
Saturday's bout will bring a lot of that bad feeling back into the ring, and it will be interesting to see if Cooper modifies his tactics to acknowledge that Embleford might be a real manager after all
My prediction, Cooper by a knockout in the first round

Oh ee oh! We're not that far from Gloucester
Oh eh oh! Our manager's an imposter
Oh ee oh! We'll probably lose again away

I reckon RE will be giving Cooper some unchewed chewing gum before the game

I think cooper will absolutely blank him before the game, during the game and no drinks after the game.
Ross will come out on top as I do feel that the players are gonna be proper fired up for this one.

They were properly fired up last time. To the point that they totally lost the plot because of this ‘thing’ drummed into their heads about Adams. It was embarassing.

I hope Ross keeps everything civil and we end up pumping Forest Green 3-0 .

Other than Adams, they didn’t have much, we have nothing to be afraid of. Even though Ebou absolutely destroyed us in the first 45, we were within inches of getting it back to 3-3.

With all of his fanbois fired up and egging him on, it's difficult to foresee him keeping a lid on it.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2020 8:58 pm I hope Ross keeps everything civil and we end up pumping Forest Green 3-0 .

Re: Cooper v Embleford 2
I still feel that throwing chewing gum at someone is neither grown up or dignified, only petty; RE really let himself down on this one.

Re: Cooper v Embleford 2
It appears from the attached article that there might be a queue of people in front of RE to get to grips with Mr Cooper on Saturday!
