So far 4,850 fans have come forward saying “it was me”

There are celebrations tonight for the council house residents.
They are celebrating that they never conceded today at the Ethiad .
Open top bus parade round the Queen Elizabeth 2nd Olympic Park is being planned to mark this achievement
Karen Brady is to get a £1m bonus for this

Sadly I think there are at least 3 teams worse than the shammers in that league, unfortunately..

Last day of the season, West Ham play Aston Villa
Theres an interesting fixture if i ever saw one
Imagine if a draw was good enough to keep both sides up?

Sounds like they were a bit unlucky not to come away with a result at Anfield, and gave it a good go. Still think they’ll stay up, but a year in Div 2 wont hurt them and supporters might actually enjoy it more than struggling in the PL.

Re: West Ham - losses of over £27m
A 3 division relegation? That would be something. I would have to say, the London Stadium would definitely be the biggest in League 2
Re: West Ham - losses of over £27m
Like others have said, I believe they will stay up and believe there are at least three worse teams. I have seen all their home games, with the exception of Sheffield Utd, in the League and WBA in the FA Cup, when we ourselves were at home. To be honest, some of their football has been absolutely dire, but that was much improved last night, even though they lost. What they need to do, is take that performance into Saturday, but try to alleviate the mistakes. Actually they played quite well against Liverpool at home, albeit they lost 2-0, but couldn't maintain that level against Brighton on the following Saturday, when they allowed a 3-1 lead to slip away. There is no denying they have some decent players, but unfortunately for them, both Pellegrini and Moyes are both dinosaurs, when it comes to the modern game. Their faults for me all season have been, pass sideways and backwards a lot, slow in transition, don't press enough, lack creativity in the final third and don't get enough shots on target ..... ring any bells? Have to say, all of that was much improved, last night.

safer to talk in Tiers these days
If you still really did old money, you would talk of div 3 north and Div 3 South

No points for performances. They need to start getting results. it matters not if they play dreadful football as long as they start rapidly to pick up pointsOsal wrote: ↑Tue Feb 25, 2020 12:14 pm Like others have said, I believe they will stay up and believe there are at least three worse teams. The last league game they won was on 1st January.
In fact, since beating Manchester United on 22 September, they have only won 2 league games

Nice is in France and I have no idea if they have any council houses there.
BTW Nothing I said in my earlier post vilifies any council house residents.

Really? So what did you mean then by your comment referring to West Ham supporters as council house residents?

It is hardly a compliment. What is wrong with social housing? We need more

If West Ham get relegated this season how much more will that cost them . You might thing we whinge a lot on this board but my West Ham supporting mates at work takes whinging to a whole new level. They absolutely despise Gold and Sullivan.
