If last night is anything to go by then it looked to me as though Dean Brill was giving out more instruction and encouragement than Ross or Jobi.

Shame; I rated Danny. He had something about him.

Absolutely spot on, I was saying the same thing during the game as it was quite telling.

Interesting, that vocal organisation would come naturally to him as we'd seen from his time in goal.

Last season ROSS THE COACH ran around gesticualted & shouted alot
While JE THE BOSS stood & took in the game .

Looks like both are stepping into there new shoes & roles .

Long may the upsurge in form continue.

Up the O’s.
Apart from the fact that Dayton didn’t refer to it.

And that we don’t know what happened aside from rumours that Ling was in the dressing room, Danny wasn’t happy with some performances and said as much, and now Webb has gone.
This. Dayton wasn’t referring to that 😂 he was just saying now we know who calls the shots as there’s no interim tag anymore and Ross is confirmed as the man calling them. Webb Justin and Ross made a good team. Seemed as if he’d be a great manager at club sad to see him go considering he was part of last year success. If it was to ling then get ling out

But if we'd lost to all these crap sides, would you have said that these losses and poor form would be partly because Danny Webb had left? Genuine Question.

I'm sorry good sir, but I just don't believe you. You get very angry and agressive when we lose and when you don't get you're own way.

If we'd hit poor form the same time as Danny Webb leaving, you would've said that was partly due to him leaving for whatever reason and that everything is a disgrace.

Sorry, but thats the way I see your view on this. You like it when things fit your own agenda

Its not important that you know
As someone who goes to more matches than you and supports the club financially and spiritually, I think it is.

So we don't know what happened, but you're taking sides anyway. Makes a lot of sense that.

Why do fans think they have a right to know the specifics of the disagreement? Weird

Soneone said the club have handled it well....WHATTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Webb went around 2 or 3 weeks ago, yet they put out a paltry few lines now.

This mutual consent is a euphemism used frequently in the Football industry, and the one thing it doesn't mean is mutual consnt!!. There was a bust up of sorts, what and how we will never know, but there was no mutual consent .

Notice the club waits untill we won a home game, so the mood amongst the fans is good, before they release the pathetic statement.

When Bechetti was running the club, fans moaned ( rightly) that we were not given information, such as when Nolan went, and in fact Webb went.......how is this any different now?

Webby was treated poorly IMO...he has more natural talent as a manager than Ross will ever have, but unfortunately for him, he isnt Lings favourite.
This is just a ridiculous post for several reasons.

1) If Webb took exception to his dismissal and threatened/took legal action then common sense tells us that the club cannot release more information than they need to. The fact it took 2-3 weeks for this to be confirmed should show you that something was going on.

2) We beat Stevenage after news that he'd been fired broke, but no announcement was made after that, so your claim that they waited for a win is untrue. You seem to have some sort of bee in your bonnet about announcements after wins, but that smacks of more paranoia.

3) The club are far more open than during the Bechetti reign. Club staff regularly appearing on podasts/radio shows answering questions from fans, meet the chairman/DoF/manager nights etc. How does that compare in any way to during the Bechetti era?

He was probably paid in full for the term of his contract providing he kept his mouth shut. The board have already admitted they got it wrong with Fletcher and did not want any more dirty washing to be aired.Whatever happened should be kept in private between him and the club .Fans should accept it and move on

Do keep up. I have since continued on my travels to Belgium, Burundi, Costa Rica, Cameroon, Denmark, Dubai, Eritrea, Estonia, France, French Guinea, Greece and Greenland.

Rest assured my next destination won’t be Hastings, as there is nothing interesting to see there and some parasitic low-lives reside there. You know the sort - trolling reptiles who have an unhealthy interest in the suffering of others.
