Real lack of ambition from the very start this year, really hope the board make wholesale changes in the summer and start pushing us to league 1 because that’ll be the 4th year of the 5 year plan!
Poor isn't it. If there's a feeling of safety recall Ogie, play Kyprianou in CM and get whoever else looks promising on the bench in place of Dayton / Harrold / whoever else we won't give new contracts too. At least blood the youth rather than letting some go through the motions for no gain.
I'm going to agree with that. Even though the youth could get us relegated. So maybe only two at a time.

There has been some serious football mismanagement at the club.

Someone said next season is year 4 of the 5 year plan. What is the plan?
The players and manager are but the staff aint

danny and the office staff are still working their socks off

I wouldn't have thought so.

it did seem surreal, some sections of the crowd singing Embleton's name when we had a slender 1 goal lead over the team third from bottom, and had turned in another turgid 'performance'. It obviously then came back to bite them on the b*m.

The needle was hovering over the grooves on Saturday...before the Os took their foot off the pedal. Diabolical.

Does the club pay royalties to Status Quo? If so, saved some money this season.

If you read into it more, all the majority (I think) of fans are saying is they don't reckon RE is the answer in taking us forward. Their worry is that if everyone starts singing his name, the signal being that we are all satisfied with him as our manager. That's why they are being critical about the singing.
Nothing to do with giving anyone permission. Feel free to sing like a bird...

Singing your managers name when you are doing well, I can see to a point, especially when he has the character and reacts back to the fans, like in the Russell Slade days.

yeah but his was never the first name sung immediately after we scored. It was the player - or some generic song about Orient.
