Sums up Embleton for me. OK to beat the absolute worst in the league but no good for much else. No plan B and no idea how to impose ourselves on the opposition at home.

Deserved the result due to shameful time wasting sending them a message to keep trying.
This type of negativity is Embleford’s hallmark

The 0-3 at Stevenage was a red herring.

I thought Macclesfield were overall a better team than Stevenage hence why we struggled to get a result.

One of the most boring games of football I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely this, I've seen far worse games quality-wise but this was a snooze fest

Great point in the battle for survival
1 point further away from Stevenage .

Not Embletons players as a whole.

His 2 signings have been very impressive
Unbeaten & 2 clean sheets for Vigouroux.

Once Ross has redone his squad i expect
bigger & better things next year

Doesnt change his dull and negative tactics though. Still not the man to take us forward and I'm hoping just a stop-gap until summer.

Despite their lowly position, Macclesfield have a goal difference superior to ours plus another eight sides in Division 2. This would seem to indicate that they are a difficult side to beat, spoilers perhaps!

Negative tactics, stupid time wasting at corner, endless poor passes and a bit of bad luck. Two points thrown away, again.

How can you all moan about Ross, he's our master tactician and saviour. The dourness of the game was a deliberate tactic in trying to lull macclesfield in to a false sense of security and it nearly worked.

I noticed that they worked very hard at closing down space . That's what makes them hard to beat .
