...allowing one user (lucky7) to use multiple accounts to circumnavigate a ban and wind up other users?

He’s not even pretending that it isn’t him. Mods need to take control of this situation ASAP. Just ruins this place for everyone else.

Maybe he’s connecting via work? In my last role I was always connected via a VPN although it was out of Vegas so maybe it would always show that? Or does it still rotate the location? Genuine question as I don’t know.

I appreciate that it’s not easy to prove users have multiple accounts but the current case of Lucky7 currently using two other accounts (soloman and wheredoyouknowmefrom) during his ban is completely obvious. You also caught him using the PheonixO account, so clearly you are able to to detect that he is using multiple accounts.

I don’t bother reporting him anymore because the last time I sent a complaint about him openly calling me a c*** on a thread you decided to ban me for “feuding” whilst letting him continue. I served the ban then sent you a polite personal message asking why I was banned and he wasn’t, to which you ignored.

Clearly you have no interest in moderating this board fairly. Ultimately it doesn’t matter, it’s just a small Leyton Orient message board. But when the moderation is so blatantly unfit for purpose and you have trolls being allowed to break all sorts of rules, impacting various honest users along the way, then it has to be called out.

Mods usually have their names in green type, but I havent seen a post with a title in green type for ages. PW has red type in his name, which suggests admin, not mod!
Are there actually any mods now...it seems not, but i would like to know for sure

2. He has digs at all the same users as his Lucky7 account (me, Thor, Andy Gilson, Dis)
3. Those accounts were created in late December and have only recently become active during Lucky7’s ban
4. He doesn’t deny that he is lucky7 when confronted

The Wheredoyouknow me account has been going after Thor, whilst referring Andy Gilson. It’s well known that Lucky7 is always having digs at Gilson and Thor.

The Soloman account also went after Thor, calling him Thorbore a couple of times. he was constantly calling Thor boring on the lucky7 account. He called BiggsyMalone “Piggsy”. Lucky7 is well known on here for turning people’s user names into juvenile names. He is also known for going around calling others bad supporters, which he has done to Dis and Me under the Soloman account.

He also started a thread about his Lucky7 account asking where he has gone and that he was one of the best things about the board. Really sad stuff, I know.

What I really want to know is why you felt that using the PhenoixO account whilst banned didn’t warrant a complete ban on the lucky7 account?

You openly acknowledge that Lucky7 was using another account to circumnavigate a ban. How on earth does that not result in a perma ban for all accounts involved?

Just tells users that bans are essentially meaningless because you can just log on using another account to continue to troll. Makes no sense whatsoever.

A person breaks the rules by using more than 1 account (which is a banning offence) and the punishment is ban one of the accounts but allowing the person to continue using the board.

That’s

A. Not actually punishing the person properly
B. Rendering banning redundant

Can I confirm another thing, if I call Lucky7 a c*** when he comes back I won’t be banned? He was allowed to call me a c*** and escape banning so I’m assuming this leniency is extended to all users.

Just to recap, I’m asking what will happen if I call him a c*** on a thread?

I'll probably ban you, a lot of these situations are unique so I'll judge each one separately.

I believe you had goaded him into calling you a c***, which is why I didn't ban him for it.
