Another young man appears to have a bright future in the game and is a product of the youth set-up here at the orient.
In the past 2/3 seasons we have had a high number of successes from this platform.
What are the future plans if any in this area?
And more importantly are there many real talents waiting in the wing within the current system, now that clearly we can see that if they are good enough they are most certainly old enough.

I did ask the podcast guys to get the head of youth on the show to talk us through it etc. They are working on it is what they replied.
