Re: One win
Are you that much of a silly sausage to not realise this is relegation form
I’ve probably been suffering as a supporter since before you were in nappies!
Now mighty mouth put your head back where it normally rests up your rear.

Re: One win
Just looking at the form guide between both teams.
We have picked up 1 point from our last 4 away games scoring 1 goal and conceeding 5 leaving us 23rd in the form table.
Stevenage have picked up 2 points from from their last 4 home games scoring 1 goal and conceeding 3 leaving them 23rd in the form table.
If we take the last 6 games home and away we have equal records W1 D2 L3 although we are -3 on GD and Stevenage are level on 0. We are 20th in that form table and they are 19th.
Looks like a draw then!!

Re: One win
The odds are on a dour and very tense encounter with not a great deal of football played I should think. If we can get our noses in front then things might open up a bit but otherwise it’s likely to be pretty attritional.Thor wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 10:18 am Just looking at the form guide between both teams.

Re: One win
Any other manager would be sacked . The there must be something with RE that the board are convinced that he will do a good job. Just like CF bluffed his way into the job. How many more match losses will convince the board to change it A good win on Saturday will give him more time. A nice and honest man but tactics is a weak link

1. He is non-threatening to ‘others’.moonwalk19 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 5:09 pmAny other manager would be sacked . 2. Another managerial appointment cockup would spell the end for ‘someone’.
3. He is probably cheap - needed as we wasted money paying off Carling.
Happy to help.
