Look the man has signed for someone else we must get over it and move on the window has not closed yet there is still time to sign aomeone else
Ling has known since the start of the season what areas the team is deficient in. He can't even get a managerial appointment right and has rewarded failure, do you seriously expect him to fill the rest of the squad? They're flirting dangerously close to the bottom, has a number 2 as number 1 - who failed twice at the top job THIS SEASON and gets rewarded with the top job, the team has no confidence and making the same mistakes every week.
Why the f*** would any sane minded player join Orient on a permanent deal?

''has a number 2 as number 1'' When I think of Leyton Orient no 2's of the past like Les Gore and Peter Angel, well in comparison, Ross is not in the same class as a coach. I think he would be far better suited to running the youth academy.
