Was in east London tonight with a ticket and nothing to do. Went and bought a record and went home and listened to that. More enjoyment than that sh*t. It’s not rocket science to predict how the games going, especially after seeing that team. #BoycottOrient

A draw would be a great point from here.

For all my criticism of Ross I do feel for him. His reticence about taking the job could well have been because he has a young family, as a coach he had a relatively secure income and job security. He would have known that taking the top job would mean a definite short term pay rise but the job security all but evaporates. He's either plucked up the courage to back himself in the job or he's been convinced by Ling and now he's staring into the headlights of the dole queue. He's not up to the job but he should never have been offered the job. His first answer, no, should have been respected. Had they done that and focused on getting a qualified and experienced hand to take over then we almost certainly would not be in this mess.

So bad it’s not even funny. Could tell after 5 mins that this shape is utter nonsense.

Honestly, players, coaches and owners need a long hard look at themselves as this side is sleepwalking into non-league.

Even if we get something out of this (unlikely), drastic action is needed. The kids that were forced to play at the end of 16-17 never served up anything as gutless and clueless as this.

I’m now officially worried about our survival hopes. I was expecting a reaction tonight after Port Vale but it sounds like we’re even worse. Glad I’m not there tonight. Question is, how sh*t can we be this season and get away without being relegated

Starting with the pair of them is madness. You need some creativity, an element of flair, in those forward CM roles. Instead we’ve got one that runs around like a headless chicken and another that doesn’t run. Or pass. Or tackle.

JMD should have had one of those positions if going to a 3-5-2.

It’s Ling that should be sacked, not Ross.
He can still stay on coaching but Ling must go after this debacle.
