Re: Team for tomorrow
What ever team we put out it would nice to see forwards getting into scoring positions, yes we see the two up front playing nice football but donot miss many goals as they are never there, donot move towards crosses when they do get the ball try to walk it in ,

Re: Team for tomorrow
Very nice to see you can all pick obvious formations and so can Ross but are there any other tactics on who we should be marking or watching out for and the like. Also what sort of marking? Zonal? Man to Man or god knows what? Pressing/Long Ball or Tippy Tappy?
Any info on the Northampton team would be handy. Thanks in Advance.
Obviously Mr Ling and Co know better than a lot of us on here.

Re: Team for tomorrow
This team means we only play 1up front. This is so negative when playing at home. Must revert to 442 with Wilkinson and Angol up front. Brophy at full back is a total waste. He tore into their defence when we played them earlier in the season.

Re: Team for tomorrow
I understand the thinking. We have to play 2 up front as Angol has been left isolated, all on his own, with no support from the midfield. We have to play 3 in the middle of the extra man needed because we haven’t got 2 midfielders good enough to go it as a pair.
Yet Wright and Clay, the root cause of all this formation tinkering, both start. f*cking clueless.
