What was ross moaning at the ref about at full time? He was pointing around our half of the pitch, whereas the pen shouts were at the other end.

To me Ross spends too much time moaning at the 4th official as though he can change anything.
Ian Holloway by comparison was concentrating on his team, as he should be.

One is confident in what he can do.
One is unsure and looking for scapegoats.

Because if you read more carefully you will remember it's not my dislike of the person - it's the unfairness of his selection and the crap rhetoric we are getting from both RE and ML who both appear to ponder RE career advancement more than talking about stuff simply that would inspire true fans

No life is fair to a point it's just on this particular issue people have been not transparent and equitable to all employees to the same level

Watch the fletcher interview is short and clear to any third party he was not treated with any real compassion or real help to overcome whatever the latent ML investigation was deemed not acceptable

No lucky you have it totally wrong look at all my posts I always admired Ross integrity loyalty and humanity feelings he has shown re Justin

What has concerned me and others is the way he has been promoted when it is obvious to any man that Carl fletcher was not offered the same degree of career protection

I think you even if you were Ross and Martin the lack of impartially to the whole selection and replacement process would seem biased - honesty prevails by those two assumed

This is my one annoyance - a lack of fairness

I get where you're coming from but the situation is different. You could argue both were/are inexperienced, out of their depth, or whatever and you'd have a point.

But the difference is, for whatever reason, Carl Fletcher was unable to get the players and staff on side. Ross has got their full support.

You might be right redo, but it seems pretty clear that there was an issue and no one at the club offered Fletch an opportunity to change any behaviours that might be wrong.

Saying that I do believe the decision was the right one.
