Until Ling, Macklin, Embleton, and the rest of the coaching staff are gone we will never improve. Fresh start and fresh ideas needed if Orient are to go anywhere.

Danny is doing A great job so I’m not sure why he needs to go.
Ling has done a decent job although some of his recent decisions have not worked out, he needs to start getting a few right before the pressure comes down on him.
Ross, I don’t necessarily want him to leave the club, just go back to what he has proven to be good at and that’s as a number two.
We just need an experienced manager who is capable of working not just in this league, but the league above also. Paul Tisdale is your man, failing that Nathan Jones.

Agreed, things OFF the pitch are going quite well with increased Season Ticket holders along with a better all round match day experience. ON the pitch is, of course where the problems lie. I just hope that in the 2nd half of the season that home performances can improve enough to persuade fans to re-new their Season Tickets ‘ cos so far its not been good.

I'm hoping we can scrape through this season and avoid the remaining relegation spot but expecting a bumpy ride. Nothing seems to be changing on the playing side so if we stay in L2 another season of struggle ahead.
Agree on the above posts, Macklin has delivered on his side. Commercially club is best I've ever seen it but if the football stagnates he'll have an uphill struggle to keep his numbers increasing.

Just think it’s all too clicky between ling Embleton and Macklin, they even all go or all stay. Most decent experienced managers will want there own number 2 and 3 in.

Reasonable base size now at 42 votes. Out of interest are the current percentages for each variable sort of what you were expecting?ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 2:04 pm A poll done for no reason other than im bored, particularly with the countless threads on Ross's inadequacies
