But he also demeaned Carl Fletcher who he chose after he ticked his own boxes and I may add Carl Fletcher also achieved more as player than Martin did in terms of playing in a higher division as a captain for longer period and also as an international captain

I don't know Martin or like or dislike him he is just a person at the club I support but his role is the most important of all staff

So atm to me Martin throws comments in air that ain't very good for some staff without thinking it through to others satisfaction.

Interesting to know what happened to Carl Fletcher after he ‘ruffled a few feathers’ in E10.
Totally wrong by ML to demean Fletcher, IMHO, who probably identified what was wrong with our squad and coaches and this obviously didn’t go down too well with Ling and some established faces at our club.
