Methinks Leyton Orient fans seriously need to watch this contribution by HRH Prince of Wales ( in waiting ). I reckon Orient fans could be potentially harmed by supporting the O's. A rare home loss sends this board into meltdown. Dodgy Italian owners. Managers who are reluctantly managing. Supporters who are not particularly good at supporting. Inarticulate managers who also send the Board into meltdown. The Wembley squirts. The team only has to hear the words Olympic Way and they are able to throw away in 90 or 120 minutes, a seasons good efforts. This has all played havoc with my dicky ticker. God knows what it has done to my mental health.

Good on him, the more awareness there is around mental health especially in men the easier and better it will get in the future for those seeking help and support.
