To be fair listening to silence would be as informative as listening to Keren waffling on about nothing.Andy Gilson wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 11:12 pm Tbf Danny wasn't really involved much in the first 20m or so as that was spent reviewing last 3 matches. So with regard to Danny's input there is very little missing. An announcement next week with regard the managers position.

Rather listen to someone taking a dump than listen to him....

Andy, Billy, anyone....
Was the question last night asked to DM is Ross Embleton going to be our next manager?
Or do you not risk asking such direct questions as you won’t have a viable radio show unless we treat the club with kid gloves ?

Let’s have an answer please as to did you ask the question, if not why not as it is the main question we all wanted answered, anything else would be just be irrelevant.Mylo Xyloto wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 6:42 pm Andy, Billy, anyone....

I've just listened to the interview again about the coaching set up . Definitely our coaches will stay in place because the board believes in continuity . This means if we do appoint a new manager from outside he will be working with the current coaching staff . I still feel Ross Embleton will be given the job until at least the end of the season .Mylo Xyloto wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 6:42 pm Andy, Billy, anyone....

I fully understand the continuity aspect but that normally implies success. I don’t think the current coaching group have demonstrated that.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 6:55 pmI've just listened to the interview again about the coaching set up . Re: Recording of The Orient Hour Jan with Danny Macklin
Hi, the question was asked. DM replied that an appt wld be confirmed early next week.
As for the 1st 30m I can only apologise. The last half hour of the drivetime show, the entire 98 not out cricket show and the 1st half hour of our show were affected by a pretty catastrophic computer problem. There is a chance the tech guy may salvage the lost 2 hours via hard drive but we won't know for a day or so. The station boss said its the 1st time they've lost a programme in 13 years of continuous broadcasting.
Sods law for us to be affected.
Hopefully all back to normal for next week.

''Definitely, our coaches will stay in place because the board believes in continuity.'' So in other words, a policy of ''Carry on with the mediocrity' !!redintheface wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 7:22 pmI fully understand the continuity aspect but that normally implies success.
