Personally I don’t mind RE staying as HC so long as we recruit well and strengthen the playing side and then re-structure in the Summer.
This is the same guy who made the call to bring Alabi back off the transfer list. Would you trust him with budget to identify a good player (as opposed to one who's a "nice guy" around the training ground)
I reckon Ross was told by Ling to put Alabi on the bench, but, no I don’t really trust Ling to bring in players, but I think we’re stuck with him until at least the end of the season. Hopefully some targets have been identified by our scouts, ‘cos we really do need some new blood.
Am I right in thinking we have a 10 day break now before Grimsby at home ??
Yes of course, it’s been apparent for a long time that he’s not a manager!
The board need to act before we are in a relegation scrap.
Although yo don’t agree Ling is the obvious problem!
Cockhat whingeing? There’s a first
Sorry pal, Recently you’ve proved yourself more than capable of winning whinger of 2020!
Pot and kettle.

Was hoping we'd have a candidate primed to take over after the Xmas period. Seems unlikely now.
Definitely need a credible head coach in before our next league game.
I just hope Ling knows what players we need so the window isn't wasted
I doubt that any decent player would want to join a club with a useless interim manager and a Dof who thinks that Ross is the Bee's knees, if I was a player who could pick and choose my club Shambolic Orient would be my last choice. Martin Ling is doing everything possible wrong

Time for the Orient Hour sycophants to change their tune too. Their compliance in a position of influence has helped to inoculate the club from valid criticism for too long.
2018/19 is long over
JE RIP has gone
We have made a complete Horlick of recruiting a replacement manager (ML and Board - take a bow)
Squad not at the right level to compete in L2
Fans have little confidence in ML or RE as a manager
ML tells the board - all is OK and RE will be great - as we slip down the table to the trapdoor -

But of course Ling doesn't meddle in first team affairs does he
See this is the problem with the whole DoF situation. Either he's not making those decisions, therefore it's Embleton or he's meddling in the manager's role. Club tells us neither is happening, things that make you go "hmmmmm"

As previously stated, time for Teague and Travis to show some minerals.
100% Agree with this.
Time to invest some time to see what’s going wrong ON the pitch.
So much good work has taken place OFF the pitch, but gates will fall unless home performances and results improve.
Of course we’re all grateful to Kent and Nigel but they need to sort this mess out.
