Messageboard Behaviour - A polite reminder
Afternoon all,
Firstly, it's good to see so many re-register and that so far the shift over from Tapatalk has been pretty hassle-free. Due to work commitments the last couple of weeks have been pretty much full-on with little time to pay much attention to everything going on here although my fellow mod PJ has been keeping an erstwhile eye on stuff.
Sadly there's been a few posts reported following what I can politely describe as unpleasantness and whilst I'm an old libertarian at heart who'd much rather not be intervening, some of this stuff is starting to reach a stage where banning's / account suspensions are going to become inevitable. It's particularly sad that at a time where every O's fan should be in a chipper old mood, some on here can't resist digging out other boarders.
Without going on for too long, I'd be obliged if everyone could treat each other with a little more courtesy and respect. I have no issue with good old fashioned wumming or contrariness which has been a fabric of this online Orient community for 20 years but when it starts to cross the line into constant goading, foul language and threats etc, it makes the place a little less appealing for everyone.
I do hope this is taken in the spirit it's intended and everyone can get along a little better or alternatively display a little more self-control and avoid those they don't want to interact with.
Peace and love to you all.

How so?
Because I stick up for fellow Orient fans?
Will admit that I may have gone a bit overboard with the expletives, which I apologise for, but I have not intentially gone out to irritate people.
If you look at every single thread I’ve started since joining this board they have ALWAYS been genuine threads related to football.
Calling me out simply because I decide to challenge some good old fashioned moaning is extremely unfair.
You may not like my options, fine, but to attempt to portray me as you are simply because you don’t agree with me is pathetic.

Abuse? Dear me tuffers you have led a sheltered life
I merely asked a question about a fellow supporter I don’t think I was abusive about her at all

Re: Messageboard Behaviour - A polite reminder
Perhaps you could begin by restricting everyone to one username? Never happened on the Tapatalk board. Too many aliases on here already to make it honest.. occasionally funny but never honest!
There is a simple way to id them if you admin the board and some more complicated ways for everyone to ID them..ahem..so I am told!!
