I suspect the majority of people on this message board are more successful than you.

I have a vague memory as a kid of either an advert or a tv programme and the punchline was how do ya want your eggs fried or boiled or maybe I’m just dreaming it
.... or poached, or devilled or coddled, that the ad? When he's rudely awoken from his egg bound daydream to find her still harping on about fried or boiled?
Anyway, I've just gone veggie and I'm struggling, vegan cheese is like the essence of a marathon runner's socks, it's just a bridge too far for me.
How do you cope without bacon sarnies?
I'm vegan and the only thing that slightly f*cked up our celebration this weekend was The Northcote giving me the wrong pizza so I ate animal product for the first time in over 3 years. They were apologetic and gave me my money back without me asking.

It will come as no shock to anyone on here that I'm vegan, have been since 1983.
Its easier now as there are so many products on the market.
In my view vegan cheese has improved a good deal.
I don't miss meat or dairy.

Stupid question but did it make you ill?
Not a stupid question but no it was still a veggie pizza so it was only the dairy cheese. The majority of people in Asia are lactose intolerant because dairy doesn't feature in their diet so maybe in time I could become more so or if it's more an evolutionary thing, I'm not sure?

Do you feel healthier through your lifestyle change? Do you get the same run of the mill illnesses? I ask as someone I know said they never got ill when they went vegan, felt fitter, was stronger and was much healthier as a result. Not sure I believed him as he went back to meet etc. Once again.
