Re: Carl Fletcher back to Bournemouth?
Because they appointed someone else to his position and so Bournemouth did not have an open position for him. Simple.

Has it been filled yet?
You would have thought that if Bournemouth rated him, promoting him to loan manager, then demanding compensation from us when we approached him, they'd have jumped at the chance of taking him back. Otherwise, it would appear they didn't rate him, demoted him to a lesser role and had us over when we made contact.

Re: Carl Fletcher back to Bournemouth?
It's certainly possible.
They only seem to have a handful of players out on loan anyway.
Even if it was important, would they want to take a man back who might be applying for managerial or assistant vacancies in the lower leagues? Presumably Fletcher still would be confident in his ability despite what happened here.
It might be better for them to get a guy who isn't going to be off. A Bournemouth version of Embleton would suit that job. Well regarded youth coach but not gonna get a manager job on merit.

Mark Bright at Palace is both the Director of U23 Football and the clubs Loan Manager. So that's another club with a loan manager.

Yeah I was for 24 hours. You see he is allowed to say what he likes about people, yet when you point out the same back to him you get a ban! In my personal opinion I don’t think he is quite cut out to be a mod.
