I think the board are hopeful that because of Burys demise, that we can avoid the one relegation spot, and then bring in a manager in the summer, ready for next season. This may work, but it is very risky as we may finish bottom.
I cant see any permanent buys coming in , in January either...maybe a loan
We need about 7 more wins to keep up, and I wouldnt bet on us even winning one game at the moment
But you were wrong for a long time. It's not that you've been right all along and now more people can see it. What has happened is that the circumstances have changed, due to the death of the manager. Since then there have been some football-related decisions that some, even many, have disagreed with.

Please don't go round thinking that you are some source of all wisdom, and now the masses are enlightened.

But that's because you only capable of seeing what you believe and nothing else. It's absolute rubbish to say that "Most people" are saying the club is not well run. You were saying the club wasn't being well run throughout the course of winning the National League and bringing in additional revenue streams (and let's not forget your hysterical reaction to the kit, which you then performed a total u-turn on without any mention or apology for your previous stance).

The problem is that Embleton and some senior players that knew they were on the chopping board underminned Fletcher from day one and pushed for his ousting. If a new manager comes in they are being forced to work under the same circumstances as the owners want to keep the same coaching team in place and don't want to move on the senior players that are not up to it. Embleton is too close to these senior players. We have a number of players in the squad that appear to be undropable. I suppose we as fans have to take some responsibility too as our expectations have been totally unrealistic for our first year back in the league. Just think back, this team was playing horrible football for many months at the end of last season and we're a total flop in Wembley and that was with Bonne and Koroma in the team.

That's what Fletch wanted to do,wasn't it?

The way things are going that won’t be until next season!
Hopefully we aren’t back in the National League.

@RoryRocks..........Bullseye !
Lastly, I have a problem with the two words ''Embleton'' and ''Managerial'' being linked together.
Unless Ross suddenly changes his results achieved in a quick and dramatic fashion, hope that ''Ross the new Manager'' does not actually ever happen.

Not sure I'd say that but the way it seems to be run seems to be a recipe for disaster.I hope I am wrong.
I'm expecting us to wait until we're in relegation trouble before we finally appoint a proper experienced manager . Instead of appointing one now to access then strengthen the squad during the January transfer window , we'll probably appoint one with about seven games to go to dig us out of the sh*t .

Bit of a shambles right now for sure. Too much fingers crossed stuff going on. I’m staggered that experienced and successful business men like Teague and Travis are going along with this tbh. Ross don’t want the job yet is being dumped on by Ling. Their response seems OK, fine.

This is how they build on the JE legacy, by hoping it turns out all right rather than positive action.

I don’t believe we have a relegation standard squad, though even Morecombe have closed the gap by 4 points in the past few weeks.

I desperately hope hope Ross and the squad do enough. I don’t ever want NL football again. I will never watch NL football again. Our form over the last 4/5 games is dire. But we only have the league to concentrate on and a few players coming back. Hope.

Yes agree, seems a bit of a mess currently, and not the professional approach I'd expect and hope for (and have admired previously).

Fezziwig would have been more fun. But I do like the Micawber comparison, something will turn up.

Mind you Martin Chuzzledimwit will need some shifting.

Our defence though are not Scrooge like. Always will to give away freebies
