As we know there is only 1 team to be relegated following Bury's expulsion from the football league.
I understand that the following clubs are facing winding up petitions:
Macclesfield Town - adjourned to 4 December
Oldham Athletic - 1st hearing 11 December
I am sure there may be more. If any of these clubs are wound up, then it would mean no teams are relegated and give Orient breathing space to start building for next season without worrying about this season.
A chance to blood youngsters and look long term?

Re: Winding Up Petitions & Relegation
It’s looking positive for Macclesfield, someone is willing to rescue them which is good news.

Call me a cynic, but until takeover deal goes through, I wont be holding my breath.Thor wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 6:58 am It’s looking positive for Macclesfield, someone is willing to rescue them which is good news.
