I will never forgive Griffiths for that off the ball punch at Mansfield that ruled him out of the playoffsredintheface wrote: ↑Wed Nov 27, 2019 9:04 pm Dead heat for me between Peter Kitchen and Carl Griffiths. Close runners up would be Mickey Bullock, Joe Mayo, Barrie Fairbrother & Vic Halom.

Yeah agreed. I know you can't predict what would have happened if he'd have played, but what I do know is that we would have had a better chance of winning with him in the team.

Re: Favourite Orient Striker
No doubt Tommy was a great striker, but for myself, the list of my favourite Orient strikers can only be made up of ones that I have actually seen play.

Not having seen him play, but my old man used to tell me about Dave Dunmore, nobody has yet mentioned him. Anyone got any comments about him?

Re: Favourite Orient Striker
Has to be Peter Kitchen.
Carl Griffiths probably second. Only just remember Vic Hallom but good call from redintheface giving him a mention too.
And in what is best described as cameo role, Paul Shinners was superb when he was on fire.
