Ling or Turley?

Post by Story of O »

When Widdowson comes back that question will have to be answered. the answer should be obvious.

Ling will stay where he is
We should stick Turley in the place where Clay shouts,
points & Not much else

Then it'll be clear what's going on within the club. Turley was the best player out there today. Physicality, workrate, pace and even a cheeky nutmeg in the second half.

It’s already clear and to be honest I’ve personally had enough of it.

Turley was probably my MOTM today and it was good to see him back.
The sponsors somehow gave it to Josh Wright, which game were they watching ???

Turley was okay today but not great. Clay won more tackles than the rest combined. Gorman poor and I'm sorry but Brill not good enough.

Turley put in the best right back performance we’ve seen all season.

Absolutely this. Not only got forward to put in crosses and win corners but also made it back the other way and actually caught up with attackers rather than being left puffing in the distance like Ling and Judd. Good strength and even a bit of flair with the nutmeg in second half.

Just need to have the courage to drop Coulson for a game and try Widdowson, Happe, Ekpiteta and Turley as the back 4.

It has to be Turley all day long, he was one of the few positives yesterday & how the hell did they give Wright MOTM.
This is the problem we're facing, not only Ross picking his favourites regardless how bad they play but those upstairs bought into the same mind set.
No one was MOTM yesterday, how can we have this each Home game basically rewarding someone for failure?

I completely agree . He's got to kept in that RB spot .

Gorman will probably go in the Summer along with Alabi . Brill should revert back to goalkeeping coach

Talking about Wright, why was most likely midfielder to score a goal, sitting just in front of the back four in the 1st half!
