Re: Forest Green manager
It’s currently doing the rounds on Twitter. Seems like a twisted and odd thing to make up so I reckon it’s true.
There’s being a pr*ck and then there’s being subhuman.

Absolute disgrace, there's gamesmanship but some places you just don't go. Should've stuck a few two-footed challenges in their players in return... would've been worth the fine.

What else can you expect from a bunch of vegans? I’m going to have a nice T-bone steak for tea when I get home

Not a nice comment!
It wasn’t their players, but by all accounts the manager!

Re: Forest Green manager
What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The players were equally snide on the pitch, especially the chief snake Adams. Shame Clay didn't finish the job he started rather well taking him out the game.
All this family club fair play crap needs to go - others will play dirty and it's time this club wised up to that.

Don’t agree, we should be bigger than that.gshaw wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 5:33 pmWhat's good for the goose is good for the gander. The players were equally snide on the pitch, especially the chief snake Adams. Shame Clay didn't finish the job he started rather well taking him out the game.

Sometimes you just have to join them to beat them. That's where Orient are often naive.cockhat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 5:37 pmDon’t agree, we should be bigger than that.gshaw wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 5:33 pmWhat's good for the goose is good for the gander. Re: Forest Green manager
If I were Ross and if he said that I'd have taken a years ban from football and smashed him all over the ground. That is proper out of order if that happened.
Disgraceful and appalling. I hope the club makes an official complaint to the league over this.

Cooper’s Father Terry, the old Leeds left back, would’ve taught his son all about Gamesmanship etc but comments like that are disgraceful.
Hopefully the 4th official heard it .

Not nice but that’s professional sport. No point in getting wound up. Just laugh at him.

Re: Forest Green manager
FGR got under our skin, we reacted and lost focus on what we were supposed to be doing. So Cooper said something nasty about Ross and Justin, Ebou ran around pretending to be a victim ( whilst scoring two goals).
Well boo hoo. If we can't stand the heat.....

Re: Forest Green manager
That's the thing, you fight them at their level. So many clubs know Orient are a soft touch, when will the club learn the "family club" culture won't work on the pitch when the opposition are filth?

Re: Forest Green manager
Would I have done that? I probably would yes cos once the red mist comes I used to struggle to control it. Now I've mellowed out somewhat, but I won't back down.Howling Mad Murdock wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 5:54 pmWould you do that to lose your job.? Ross: “I can accept that bit, but to follow it up with ‘who I do I think I am? Justin Edinburgh?’ is something that I’ll never accept."

Re: Forest Green manager
We need that type of leadership from an experienced manager but of course we haven't and won't get one.

Re: Forest Green manager
Not at all.
The first incident that kicked everything off was that shocker of a tackle by Gorman on Adams.
We started it today.
