Like to Give It Out But Can't Take It
That just about sums up the convict cricket team.
Spend all summer sledging during the Ashes, then get upset that Ben Stokes mentions it in his book

They are not convicts, actually. You have technically libeled each and every member of that team, an act for which one presumes you could be disbarred.
Spen666 is no more a solicitor than you or I

I did think this thread was about Spen666 though, as it seems to encapsulate him so fittingly

Ohhh look another thread that ChernobylFred wants to turn into a personal attack on me
PS I await the writs for defamation from all the team...oh and no, I can't be disbarred or even debarred for the post for several reasons...most importantly because according to you I am not a solicitor.
Never thought that one through did you......unless of course you are contradicting yourself and do accept I am a solicitor after all

Re: Like to Give It Out But Can't Take It
Owned by whom?
someone who in one thread is claiming I am committing crimes by falsely claiming to be a solicitor and in this thread wants me disbarred(sp) . Despite the fact you can't be disbarred from something you are not.
You claim I am a Geordie in another thread ( I'm not)
You get so wound up you post on this MB about wanting to use violence against me?
Yep, sounds like I am being owned
PS You do realize I am being paid by your taxes to be on here don't you? Thanks for paying for me to laugh at your stupidity

Is this effectively an admission that you're sitting at work, picking absolutely absurd arguments with people on the Internet out of boredom / procrastination - and being paid from the public purse to do so?
If so, I think we can be friends.

To use Spen-Speak right back at cha:
Where exactly have I said that I think you are a solicitor in this thread?? Or in fact anywhere?

You said I will be disbarred (sp) for my comment in the OP.ContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 2:22 pm To use Spen-Speak right back at cha:

I can't be debarred as a solicitor if I am not a solicitor can I?
Ergo you must accept I am a solicitor if I am to be debarred
However, its irrelevant whether you think I am a solicitor or not. The SRA and my employer know I am a solicitor and the tax payers pay me for being a solicitor. so, thanks very much for your generosity

The devil is in the detail matey boy
I said 'one presumes' and not I presume. Furthermore, I said very clearly in the Queen's finest English 'could be disbarred'.
In Spen-speak 'could be' is a million miles away from 'will be'
I'm pleased you're not my legal advisor when you make schoolboy errors like that, acting in the exact same way you enjoy lambasting others for - i.e making presumptions without solid evidence.

Re: Like to Give It Out But Can't Take It
From Spen's post on the prince Andrew thread where he says look up my employers, cut and paste and send it to them. On that basis, I'd say he owns the company.

You clearly do not understand logic.

Sadly, for you, I haven't made presumptions. I have worked on the basis of language. No one has suggested you said I will be debarred (or even as you describe it disbarred). I could not be debarred unless I am a solicitor
Try a bit harder.
Alternatively, you could stop your obsession with me

You have an obsession with posting accusations about me irrespective of the fact each and everyone is untrue.ContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 6:24 pm Your mixing up ‘obsession’ with me thinking you’re a pillock

I am quite sure people on this forum know by now you don't know what a Geordie is, you refuse o take the opportunity to confirm I am a solicitor and want to continue repeated attacks on me.
I am sure the rest of the forum are sick of your repeated false accusations and my rebuttals.
Time to let t drop?
I am happy to stop if you stop the false accusations.
Let this forum move on

Back to the topic. Warner is a pillock and the fact he's still chirping away after being caught cheating says a lot about him.
