Also today they are holding a review on how to improve for the future.

Made this comment before that successful organisations consistently review performance and objectives and adjust on the go, to which the main point raised against this was "But Orient are a football club not an organisation". Orient should be no different and this would have contributed towards our promotion.

I'd take that with a huge pinch of salt too. I don't reckon any one at the club is getting much done today. (And rightly so!)
