Overhaul Needed

Club needs a total overhaul on the playing side from top to bottom. Players aren’t good enough. The culture is one of incessant mediocrity. Kent banging on about all this seven year plan nonsense does us no favours. We need someone in who is going to shake the whole thing up and quickly. Make no mistake this team is relegation bound on this form. Absolutely useless.

we are probably the worst and easiest team to beat

One of the worst performances I’ve seen from an orient team in a long time. And I include the Bechetti era in that. Absolutely turgid stuff.

Fletcher came in to do that but player and coach power ensured he didn't last. Relegation bound and club will deserve it.

One experienced manager and an assistant sounds more than enough.

It was worse than last week as at least Maldon had some desire and energy. Scunthorpe were poo poo. Just not as poo poo as us.

The worrying thing is there has been no statement from the club that they are inviting applicants that are experienced and proven at this level, it’s a deafening silence.
Looks like Ross Embleton will be given another chance with no back up plan, you couldn’t make it up.

At least he had a go when he came on

Plus if your eyesight was 50% ok you would of seen both Wright and Alabi going for the same ball
He wasn’t on long and had 3 efforts at goal

Players havent been good enough all season but certain fans preferred to just gang up on the head coaches.

Tbh a young manager might steer clear of us at the moment....Fletcher might have got a good payout but what club is gonna go for him now?

We are seven points off the bottom and the season has shown we are capable of getting a win when other teams are off form.... It'll be enough to scrape by.

Don't really see an appointment happening unless the gap to the bottom is 3 points or less. So I reckon Ross is safe for now.

Yes, back to the original post, complete overhaul required - too many players that can't cut it at this level. Yes good enough to get us over the line last season, but the removal of the 2 top scorers has not been adequately addressed and the others are all floundering with the desire, mental strength and sheer effort displayed by opponents (even like Scunny). Midfield is particularly weak.
