FWIW I think Sol would come good if given the resources. I just found it strange he chose to apply his abilities at Southend given that they are always a winding up order away from extinction.

By resources I did not mean backroom staff. I meant the ability to "trade up" with signings. Surely given their financial woes he will find it hard to "trade up"?
