Re: Good Luck To Romford FC
Tbf Romford have planning permission for a stadium, but no money to build it, Tamplin has money but no club. This will either be the best thing to happen to Romford since they sold Brooklands in the 70s or they are about to be involved in a car crash, we must hope for the former.

That's because Maldon and Tiptree are playing Folkestone in the FA Trophy tonight.Howling Mad Murdock wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 10:56 am https://www.romfordfc.com/news/romford- ... 85874.html

Yeah I think I read that.I thought it was more ironic that they were mentioned in the Romford article after our disaster on Sunday.I know know Romford are in the eighth tier as well.banqo wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 11:22 amThat's because Maldon and Tiptree are playing Folkestone in the FA Trophy tonight.Howling Mad Murdock wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 10:56 am https://www.romfordfc.com/news/romford- ... 85874.html

Tbh the sort of club we should be linking with as a feeder club.
Thor, he has more money than you or I and had enough to buy out the previous chairman.

Well that's a good stat.
I'm thinking of starting a Glenn Tamplin prediction league.

Re: Good Luck To Romford FC
Why?
It ended well for Billericay
A much improved ground
A much increased average crowd
No debt when he left
I am sure Romford would be happy if he leaves a similar legacy

If it wasn't for Mr Glenn I wouldn't get through today very well.I need a laugh.

Re: Good Luck To Romford FC
I wouldn't want this man anywhere near my club. He's an egotistical maniac, he can't do much with Brentwood Arena to improve it. Be interesting to see what crowd Romford get at their next home game.
