Folks it's not doing yourselves any good getting so worked up about a game.
At 11am this morning we stopped and remembered those who gave their today's for our tomorrow's.
That is life and death.
Football is a game and this year instead of being a giant killer, Orient were the giant that was killed.
It happens every year. Get over it.
The sun rose this morning, Orient still exists (albeit out of a cup competition that incidentally many of you were demanding Orient get knocked out of last year!
Stop stressing and always look on the bright side of life

I am also pretty sure that yesterday Orient lost a game, but today the sun still rose, Orient still exist, the economy didn't crash, East London's population wasnt wiped out by illness disease or a meteor
Get over it, it was a bad day at the office but life goes on.
The over the top hysterics on social media about the defeat only reflect badly on people who have got a game of football out of all proportions. It's a game and it's meant to bring entertainment. If its causing people so much stress, upset and anger, then those people need to reassess their relationship with the game.

Re: Fantastic Entertainment
Not a clue. Going to games don’t mean you are a genuine fan, just someone who likes a day out, a bit of entertainment. Clueless.spen666 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 8:12 pmI am pretty sure I goto more football games than you.dOh Nut wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 7:08 pmWe have learned is is not a football supporter as we know it.Disoriented wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 6:59 pm

Clueless?
Tell me a single thing in this thread that is not true?
It is at the end of the day a game and whether Orient win or lose doesn't change anything important in life.
If you can't put a game into perspective and realise it matters very little in life, then you sir are the Clueless one.
Despite Orient losing a game, the sun still rose today, life still goes on, the club still exists.

The sun will rise every day, therefore nothing ever matters? Like murders, wars, deaths, upset, pain suffering. the sun still rises the next day so nothing matters. What an utterly stupid thing to say.spen666 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 10:18 pmdOh Nut wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:01 pmNot a clue. We all know football is not the be all and end all of the universe. That doesn’t mean therefore it cannot have an impact. Like I said, you are utterly clueless.

No, strange that isn't it.
Orient lost a football game, so what?
As I have repeatedly said it matters very little in the grand scheme of life.
Are you saying it is important in the grand scheme of life
I have not at anytime said people won't be upset or happy at the result of a game of football.
I know I have my life in perspective and am not stressing about the result of a game that doesn't change my life.
If you are getting upset or angry at the result of a game that you never even took part in, then perhaps you need to reassess your life and reduce the stress and upset in your life

You are clueless about emotions, feelings. Normally I’d love to enter into discussions but clearly you have no understanding of the emotions that affect people. I pity you.spen666 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 10:45 pmDid Orient losing result in murders, war, death etc?dOh Nut wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 10:23 pmThe sun will rise every day, therefore nothing ever matters?
