....Eight weeks ago we would all be wishing Ross to stay in charge. Some times the grass is not always greener.

Carl was made loan manager for a reason, he is not good enough to be a manager of a first team, well not at this level anyway.
There is no shame in admitting it. Some people are great footballers but crap managers, and some people managing would be better at coaching. From what I have seen so far CF falls into the latter. He says we are a long way from where we want to be squad wise but that same squad would have smashed Tiptree under Ross not doubt in my mind the way we had been playing.

Not me. Ross was poor, Fletcher is poor. One is better as a coach / assistant, the other managing loan players. What they both have in common is that neither are suited to the top job.

Agreed gshaw. We didn’t need another coach, we needed a man manager.
