That's it for me..
Wont be returning to BR til the loan manager has gone,
club seems as toxic as when Becchitti was at the helm
and at a time when under Becchitti we had a different manager
every other week, all of which seem better than what we have at
present..
Increase in season ticket prices this season, charging loyal fans
to "meet the new players" evenings... Good luck Leyton Orient
with trying to get 4300 fans to renew for next season..
Mr Teague informed us that "we'll be excited" by the new
manager.... Well the truth is "we're not", in fact its a total
embararrsment..

I agree except it's nowhere near as toxic as under Beelzebub. That's not to say things aren't bloody bad at the moment because they are.Hedmans Header wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 3:40 pm Wont be returning to BR til the loan manager has gone,

Re: That's it for me..
I had no confidence that the club would reinvest the money we got from Bonne or Koroma in players who could score anywhere near as many goals and was proved totally right.
I equally had no confidence that the club would bring in a quality proven Manager at this level and again have proven right.
For the above reasons and many more I did not renew my season ticket, instead decided to wait and see how the season progressed with the intention of paying on the day depending on results. As you may have guessed I have not been to a single match this season and will not until the fans have been rewarded for their loyalty and Justin’s memory is honoured by an a proven Manager at this level, with no restrictions on any incoming manager being able to pick his own number two.
Nobody at our club is greater than the club itself, that includes of course Ling Snr and Carl Fletcher.
Watch the attendances plummet following today’s disgraceful result.

It's more than that though isn't it? The young fans go to school and get the piss taken out of them for supporting orient and not a premier league side. Then we get beat by a team I'd fancy getting into and I'm in my 40's.

Hilarious WUM , I have supported the O’s for over 62 years hardly missing any home games for the vast majority of those years , having not renewed my season ticket for only two of the last 40 years.

Got to admit I’ll be thinking twice next Saturday. There’s only so much gash I can take. I await the post match interviews and hope there is something in there that makes me want to come. It’s a long journey for me, an effort, hard to do when all you expect is rubbish.
But as normal I’ll come along in the hope that the team turn up.

Poundhill talking crap again. It's almost like we didn't sign Wilkinson and Angol and they've not played a great deal. May not be exactly comparable to Bonne and Koroma ability wise but how many League Two clubs are able to exactly replace that quality of player?

Re: That's it for me..
I remember my young school days. I got that crap too. All my friends were Gooners. And then I supported a half decent second tier side with delusions of top flight football
Gotta be tougher for young Orient fans today.

Which has been explained how it will be invested into the club, that I dont have a problem with and the summer signing were decent for league 2 standards.

Re: That's it for me..
No not to pay Bill's, reinvested in to the team (Bonnes money) and Koromas reinvested in the youth section. All subsequent sales will be handled the same way. To me entirely sensible way to approach matters.

Re: That's it for me..
So £200k into the squad and the rest to develop players for Brighton and Norwich U23's, almost as big a joke as the (increased) rent that goes into Hearn's pocket while the ground crumbles around us.
If all we have in January is 1/3 of that £200k to revamp the squad we're on the way to that sole relegation spot.

Where is that increased rent coming from? Is it just rumour or based on any facts?

That’s bollocks mate.
It’s gone to reduce the loss, so the investors - whoever they now happen to be following the refinancing - don’t have to stump up so much dosh.

Redo I am not going to call the owners liars, it came out of Kent’s own mouth, so why would I not believe the man? I’ve no evidence to suggest he lies so until then I will continue to believe him.
So far both of them have done was best for this club, they’ve not done anything to harm it, they’ve not taken a penny out, they’ve not done the fans over, they have been open, honest and transparent. This should be respected.

Re: That's it for me..
It just beggars belief, that the senior management at this club appointed a man who had no first team managerial position of
any kind for six years, as the manager of our club. The only thing I can think of, in this instance, is that he was the cheapest option.
It just goes to prove the old maxim, that is, you pay cheap and you get monkeys.

Time for someone senior in the club to come out and apologise for the mistake.

TBF hillO, Wilkinson and Angol are decent replacements for Bonne and Koroma . Our problem has been they've been either out suspended or Injured.
