I would would like is an environment where opportunities are greater, not as is, where rewards are there- but to some including living in tree lined Tory environments like say upminster as an example - segregation is deemed to take place in childhood with the school selection.
Try and join a golf club like upminster and the committee ask first question " what does your parents do for a job" - yes asked that in 1969.
You see the social and political spectrum in England was and is capped.
Look there is a whole world out there which if the British system could cherry pick the most appealing to the average hard working person it would be much better.
Look.You know what I mean!
Have I missed something about the utopia which is clearly Upminster?

Some good points raised there but doubt any will change much.UpminsterO wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2019 8:40 pm The Bank of England were always impartial with no comment on political affairs - the current guy appears always has something to say.
Trump has plenty to say as usual -limit his media exposure
This is the society opportunity to demonstrate with editorial coverage to the current election lack of real transparency,
1. The voting physical boundaries do not lead to a fair distribution - proportional discussion.
2. The matter of inheritance tax which is very modest but not levied at the royal family - they build wealth we don't.
3. The general quality of mp's should be reviewed.
4. The meagre amount of pension payment compared to other systems in other countries is exceptional low.
5. Why does the uk have to have titles and relate social economic gain - based on a perverse process of new year and queens statements - through the current system
I mean it's outrageous the people that get them the reasons why and why should any human in any society be elevated with titles - and get so much more in the HOLords etc
There are so many other social /political imbalances - it's a system that needs radical reform.
This should be raised in main stream media rather than the limited range the media discuss at elections
I especially agree with these last 3 points, e.g.........
''3. The general quality of mp's should be reviewed.
4. The meagre amount of pension payment compared to other systems in other countries is exceptional low.

House of Lords is a joke and long overdue for an overhaul !!
Royalty is a thing of the past and only crept in again after Cromwell's death. As the years past, their powers were stripped away till they became just the figure heads that they are today. I dont mind the Queen, she has been hard working and a good example but not so keen on all the hangers on !!

I agree sid we should start a new one luke in Brewsters millions and call it
None of the above
Then we could make a party that benefits everyone in society, that is true about conservation and saving the land we live on for future generations to live. Where it don't matter if your rich or poor as the aspiration will be that everyone enjoys the riches the country can provide. Where education is open to all, where all have the opportunity to aspire to better themselves and not because you've got a few quid. A health service that is the envy of the world and not one that creaks and groans, but is still there when needed, but one that provides more help support and care on a proactive rather than reactive basis. Where housing is looked at so that the needs of the people can be meet both now and in the future. Where the police once again walk the streets and clamp down on petty crime which in turn will deter more hardened criminals from even thinking about it. Build a transport network that works across all platforms and then undertake a radical review like our Victorian forefathers did when they built it and again make it for for the now and future. Finally introduce a power network built on sustainability and one that decreases our reliance on fossil fuels.
This is the platform we should launch from.

To me it doesn’t matter who anyone votes for so long as the Tories don’t get a majority , tactical voting is a must in some areas.
