Milne is certainly a class traitor. He is from an affluent family and by rights should be a self-serving, elitist kleptocrat. But he isn't. Instead he his politics is about wealth and power redistribution, which is against his own economic and power interests. Seems like a progressive kind of class treachery, no?

As for John McDonnell...how much more working class can you get? How exactly is he a class traitor? I'm not saying a case couldn't be made. Certainly from my perspective as an Anarchist I would say that all Social Democratic parties are detrimental to the class struggle but it doesn't sound like that is the perspective that you're coming from. So, in what way is John McDonnell a class traitor in your view?

Will the youth mobilise again and vote (generally against the tories)? Will the turnout be high (tends to favour labour)? Or will the apathy play into tory hands, plus will Brexit split traditional party lines and what does that do for voting in the regions.

This will be an election like no other in the past 2 generations. I'm sure Boris will get the most votes, but will he get enough - and will Labour get enough to stop him?

If you look at the Brexit results map then then the farther away from London you looked the more pro-Brexit they were. You could add it up to any number of meanings. I have no faith in the system what so ever but the prospect of a Tory government will probably always be sufficient to motivate me to vote for the least worst option and that'll be Labour. I will never understand how someone can vote Tory. It seems a tacit admission that the poor/vulnerable are scum and deserve to be tormented whilst the least good amongst us, those who would gladly bleed an essential public service dry and to hell with the social consequences are showered with sycophantic reverence and tribute.

What utter garbage you talk, I pay my way, opted to educate my children privately at considerable cost (freeing up spaces in the state system) have private health insurance thus saving the NHS , in my case, well over 100k in the last fifteen years

It is totally irrelevant who your friends vote for and IF anyone is ridiculed for voting a different way they are not proper friends. I have many friends who have very different views to mine. That’s life and I’m very happy with it. Nothing better than a healthy disagreement whilst eating or drinking but ultimately we all respect each other’s views. Get a life!
