Who were the final three/four candidates for the job that we picked from?

When recruiting our new head coach, was too much weight given to the importance of how candidates performed in the interview compared to their actual track record in charge of a team? (this is a bit devil's advocate - but I'd be interested to hear)

Do you feel fans overfixate on stats like "win percentage" as if football was played in a vacuum without any adjustment for circumstances?

Do you understand why some fans think because someone hasn't "managed" for 6 years that this means they have been cocooned or cryogenicallly frozen during that time instead of actually developing their skillset, working on the attributes a head coach needs and improving as a person and head coach?

The Sol C question has now been answered by Andy Gilson in a previous comment. Wonder as to if your other questions will be asked and also answered on the show ?
I would think that there were some possible candidates who may have been put off from applying for the vacancy because they could not bring in their own staff and also that some may have also dropped out along the way for the same reason.
But all that aside, CF was chosen, so wish him the best of luck and depending on what happens for the rest of the season, we shall be better placed to judge if he was a good choice or not.
