Lets hope so.

After all Boris can't be trusted as he failed to Brexit us by 31 Oct. The man's a born liar not like Adolf Farage.
Yes, we know that. But do the thicko remainers understand or recognise that?
Dunno. I just want to move on. I need this uncertainty surrounding my retirement plans resolved.

So you're suggesting only students and immigrants vote Labour? Can you break down, for us, how you've arrived at, what seems to me, such an erroneous conclusion. Also, can you clarify how you're defining immigrants?
Look, it was a bloody stupid thing to say, for the reasons you mention. In the spirit of not getting into arguments I chose to say nothing. But as you’ve mentioned it I am happy to echo your comment. :D

Feck
Labour has been backed into a corner on this somewhat. Lib/SNP support has made an election almost inevitable, and the opposition opposing an election is not a good look.

Lib/SNP are taking a huge gamble here. If it goes wrong for them, a big Tory majority will all but kill off their respective big issues, remaining in the EU and a second Scottish Independence referendum. They both are gambling on being able to form some sort of confidence arrangement with a minority Labour government to get a) remain on the ballot in a second referendum and b) a second Scottish Independence referendum.
Same old SNP and Liebrals. Always helping the Tories.
That’s because their both yellow Tories

Labour backed into a corner.. Agree, by superior minds. Doing what they don't want to is a massive admission of defeat.

I mean not really. We will find that out in the long run. As the opposition they are always going to be on the back foot as the government of the day holds the cards.

tbh I always felt the opposition had the better hand. They could say what they wanted, criticise when they wanted and promise what they wanted without ever having to deliver.

That has nothing to do what we are talking about though. We were discussing the calling of an early election.

Made possible by Corbyn's change of direction. Well done JC
