Why hasn`t he resigned? This must be SO embarrassing.

Ignored, rather than projected and deflected TBF. People may attempt to make capital out of it in the same way some infer racism if ‘Rachel’ is criticised. Of course, I can already hear the ‘What’s she got to do with it’ line. Join the dots.

Shame on the person who seeks to claim racism as a deflection away from Vaz's behaviour. It remains the case that you can criticise people's actions regardless of their skin colour, it's pretty easy. It's just also obvious that there are occasions when some people are influenced by it.

I agree entirely. His behaviour is shameless rather than shameful, as he has shown yet again how much of a moral bubble he lives in.

Hopefully the LP do the right thing and expel him. It seems unfathomable that he won’t be given how quickly Alistair Campbell was marched out.

Dodgy or not, if his amnesia is serious enough to impact upon his ability to assist the inquiry then his ability to practise as an MP should also be called into question. Sounds like he may lack capacity.
