Roman Vincelot
From Twitter : Romain has undergone a hip-resurfacing procedure, the same op as Andy Murray had, he is aiming to be back before the end of the season.
One of my favourite players when he was with us & a young Vincelot would be the missing piece of the current jigsaw.
Hope he's back playing soon.

Football wise id agree Sid, but i think vincelot & paddy were about the tough tackling masters.Sid Bishop wrote: ↑Sat Oct 26, 2019 12:59 pmEven better was Peter Allen.tuffers#1 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 26, 2019 11:34 amNot fit to lace paddy Grealishs boots .O my gawd wrote: ↑Sat Oct 26, 2019 11:21 am From Twitter : Romain has undergone a hip-resurfacing procedure, the same op as Andy Murray had, he is aiming to be back before the end of the season.

Re: Roman Vincelot
Having seen a lot of Grealish and Allen and not so much of Vincelot, I would say that ( a dim memory of Allen and Grealish ) IMO, Allen was the better footballer of all three mentioned and a very good, hard but clean tackler of the ball and if I had a choice of all three as a holding central midfielder, I would pick Peter Allen first choice, Grealish second and Vincelot third choice.

Re: Roman Vincelot
Well considering they both played their football at a much higher level than vincelot, I make you right.Sid Bishop wrote: ↑Sat Oct 26, 2019 1:10 pmHaving seen a lot of Grealish and Allen and not so much of Vincelot, I would say that ( a dim memory of Allen and Grealish ) IMO, Allen was the better footballer of all three mentioned and a very good, hard but clean tackler of the ball and if I had a choice of all three as a holding central midfielder, I would pick Peter Allen first choice, Grealish second and Vincelot third choice.
