Maybe he's going to need a couple of players on loan. When does the loan window open ?Max B Gold wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 9:58 pmEmbarrassing. Only the players can tell you that.

I knew you were lying and on a wind up as Spen’s car would have done it in 30 mins!!ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 10:45 pm Just got in from the game...took me an hour and a half to drive the 280 miles......I borrowed Spens car!!!
Nooooooo, im joking, i didnt go, too far. followed the game on twitter.
Terrible result, but we drew the second half 0-0. Same line up as at Grimsby...its hard to understand how that happened.
Last comment on the terrible decision by the ref not to rule out their first goal for handball...it was as blatant, as its possible to be.
If we had VAR in our league, it wouldnt have stood.
On a more serious note, I would not want VAR in our league, I personally think it’s killing the premier league.

The team is decent enough to cope with anything this league has to offer. However, I’d bring in 1 maybe 2 players max to cover and strengthen our deficiencies.RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 11:24 pmMaybe we simply met a better team with better players .RedO wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 11:16 pmNo idea mate.Rambling Man wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 10:48 pm

Tonight we had an off night against a decent team, trouble is you can carry one maybe two players at a max, but we had virtually the whole team missing in the first half, damage done, game over.

Too right, the EPL implementation of VAR has been an absolute shambles. Keep it well away from us please.Thor wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 11:26 pmI knew you were lying and on a wind up as Spen’s car would have done it in 30 mins!!ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 10:45 pm Just got in from the game...took me an hour and a half to drive the 280 miles......I borrowed Spens car!!!

Good idea for prediction League points. How quick could Spens Ferrari do it in?
Re: Plymouth (A) Exiles Thread
Badly roughed up in the first half, but in truth they only scored twice. Second half we kept them out and could have scored twice ourselves. That would have been 2-2 and we'd all be saying it was a good result and a good comeback. That's not to say there isn't room for improvement from the squad we have - we know they can do better, but nights like that happen to all teams. On now to new management and Carlisle, and making sure their poor run of form doesn't end saturday.

We're coming off the back of a really good run. We've got a new man coming into the changing room to head things up properly. The players should have been properly up for this. Why were they not?

The first goal properly goes against us, the players probably feel aggrieved, lose concentration and mistakes happen.RedO wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 9:32 amWhy was the whole team missing though?Thor wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 11:30 pmThe team is decent enough to cope with anything this league has to offer. Then you have the midfield which to me was not at the races in the first half, not enough pressure, not closing down quick enough allowing them too much time and space and then rest becomes history.
In no way do I think its fletch's fault nor the coaching teams, it's just one of those days when it's not gonna go for you and it's a bad day at the office.
So back to the training ground, look at the videos again, which they probably did on the coach back (training team, not the players) sit down analyse and put on sessions to reflect patterns of play that need working on.
We go again.

Just watched Fletcher's post match interview and he made a point of saying he's only had "3 hours on the training pitch with them". I'll wait for your apology.UpminsterO wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2019 9:06 pmThat comment is even more stupid than your name. I heard they took off their three best players.Actually I don't know though as they made their first substitution on 64 then 68 and then 76 mins.
