JE came in to a squad that was nailed on for relegation and couldn’t buy a win. And lost that game 1-0.

Fletcher has come in to a squad that’s just won promotion, and after an understandably faltering start has found form and taken 10 points from the last 12, including a 4-0 away win last time out. And got smashed 4-0 in his first game.

What are you talking about ?? Why not compare the two ? Solihull moors were a pub side compared to Plymouth. Fletcher has had about 3 hours with the players on the training pitch so he cannot be blamed for this result he has to be judged over 10 games. Everyone also seems to forgot the whole tone of the game was set when the ref allowed them to punch the ball in the penalty area which was most blatant handball I’ve ever seen.

5/10 for me - thought the game was very stop start because he didn’t like any kind of contact.

It’s not about time on the training pitch. After such limited time, he would have simply sent them out with the same set up as the last couple of games.

But for whatever reason, the players didn’t buy into him last night. Let’s just hope it’s a one off. We’ll know more come Saturday.
