Streaming for tonight?

Well as it’s my first experience of streaming a club game I would say it’s good however, it could be better and maybe someone at the club could look into this further.

As soon as the whistle blows it’s all over, see ya later. No round up, no review, no commentary over what’s just transpired, no critical overview, in fact nothing just a screen of full time stats. It really needs some kind of review from Dave and his summerisor and not just goodbye. That would improve the product and user experience.

Anyone else got any comments on how it could be better?

Normally Dulcet gets about 10 mins after a match to summarise. Tonight looks like a general balls up.

2nd time I have used the streaming service. Both times I have managed to miss the first 12 minutes. I think this is due to the fact you can only log in to the service about 5 minutes before the match starts. Thus you get a surge of people trying to gain entry to the service. Fortunately I have not missed any goals. But this needs to be sorted.

Got home just after kick off time... Paid £10 - tried and tried to get the stream working. Gave up and listened to the Dulcet Dave Victor voice only option instead on my phone... mot a good football night all round

Out of order people can watch the game abroad for 5 pound and now fakn in enland can watch the game for 10 pound what a rip of die hard fans in the county love and want to watch there team but have to pay ffs prices it should be the same cost home and away i told you lot before this is not england anymore

I am overseas I used the stream last season - fine sound and vision
I was logged on well before the start as a test no issues

This season I paid for one match logged on and no vision just sound

Sent email to the provider they did respond but after an exchange of emails I told them I would abort because 1. The computer could not be verified by me to establish why even though they had given some suggestions and then 2. The match was approaching the end so I said it not worth trying to establish

I would like to try again but there is no way for me to try a "test" which to me is the obvious way to go before I pay another fee and then it may not work . Was informed I have to pay then log on then we proceed from there - I did not do that

I been reading others and think it's the provider issue - my computer here works fine on everything else every day including videos and Skype

Shame because I miss the games and the club miss the payments

Any ideas if the club reads this - would be welcomed

Kent u will see my post I only got sound and I am using a apple computer with a correct modem sits in the study desk it's not a iPad or phone - they tell you they do not work

My laptop worked fine with Firefox. Have you tried that?
