Right man, right time?
Carl Fletcher will take charge of Orient for the first time tomorrow against Plymouth Argyle.
Here's why I think he could be the right man at the right time for the O's: https://risingeast.co.uk/right-man-right-time/

Re: Right man, right time?
Nathan Jones was a first team coach and assistant manager at Brighton. Fletcher coached the u18s and u23s, then became a 'loans manager' (nonsense role for someone so desperate to get back into management). His last role wasn't even coaching. It's a completely flawed comparison. Nathan Jones coached the first team at a higher level.
As for the age being a 'pattern emerging', you go on to name a load of other young managers who have managed at league 2 level over the last 10 years. It's not a pattern, it's just what happens at this level.
As for using Paul Scholes as an example for it not working is more nonsense. He left Oldham after 7 games because the owner was a Bechetti mk 2.
The reason it may work is Orient are in a decent position in the league, only 1 team can go down, there is a very good attacking unit and the centrebacks are all good (Dan Happe being the stand out by a long way). He has time.
