Bit of a marmite appointment this one. The most important thing is that we all get behind the new Mod whilst he implements the Club's new boardin' rules. This Board's owners are looking to take it to a new level over the next 3 years or so and this appointment fits nicely with their strategy. No transparency yet on the ongoing remuneration but this will no doubt feature in next year"s accounts, I await Doughie's assessment with interest. Good luck Caca, not that you'll need it, some have greatness thrust upon them.
