Three clubs in the high court today

Post by Top of the JES »

Bury will almost certainly be wound up today and the company dissolved.

Ebbsfleet United and Southend United face more winding up orders.

Bury handed a 14 day extension. No owners no assets and no income. Something must be happening in the background hope so

He finally agreed a sale after the EFL deadline, the new buyer has now pulled out because of complex financial arrangements made by the previous owner who seems to be keeping a low profile.

Disgusting and I feel for bury fans. It could have been us under the lunatic, let's be grateful for what our owners stand for and for what they have done so far.

Southend must have had so many winding up orders against them in the last few years. Its always Corporation Tax or National Insurance payments and its only their owner pushing HMRC to the limits. The day may come when he won't pay it and, well I leave you to come to a conclusion. I've got a feeling the Council would step in from what their record is and my 7 years living in Sarfend.
