I dunno. Going from one inexperienced head coach to another doesn't seem to be the right thing. It's an opportunity for McAnuff and Webb to work with the new man for sure and maybe they should be mentored with a view to one of them taking over if and when a vacancy arrives in the longer term future

Neil Harris was a very successful rookie manager.

Jobi has the stature and distinguishable leadership qualities. A huge figure in the club, highly articulate and all round a very likeable person.

Can’t think of anyone better - especially when measured against the names touted.
