Re: Northampton (A) Match / Exiles Thread
In case I'm not available later...
What a load of sh*te! They all want sacking. Shameful performance. Once Alabi came on it was all over. Brill is past it. Ling and Widdowson aren't good enough. Clay and Wright don't offer enough. Their goals were all avoidable. Marvin and Josh aren't good enough for this level...
There I think that covers it.

Agree, can't believe we lost to that shower of poo poo, sacking them is too good for these absolute clowns after that performance - they should immediately be sent packing to Boco Island. What Janata, Ogie, Sweeney, Shabani and Sotiriou have to do to get a game after that absolutely boggles the mind. Complete joke we haven't appointed a new head coach yet after that performance. Quite frankly Ling senior has to go, how dare he not have followed the Stoke model and had someone lined up to reject us, it's almost been two whole weeks ffs. Nigel Travisty doesn't know what he's doing, OTF warned us about this when they backed <insert person whose name I've completely forgotten>, at least under Beelzebub we challenged for the play offs.

Re: Northampton (A) Match / Exiles Thread
As I won't be about either I will post my after game summary now.....
I thought we were excellent until they got there fourth goal just after half time. I really think 6-1 flattered them and if Alabi had done better with hos three one on ones at 5-1 it could have been a different game. Thought our three sending offs were all justified.
Bywaters in.

Anyone know if this is an Orient sellout / can’t find any detail on our website?

Will leave it not sure what’s more depressing - going to Northampton or driving a cab round Cambridge on a Saturday afternoon.

Already 5 cars in the car park. Lined up ready for a quick getaway
Don’t understand why’ we started 532 but after going 3 down switched to 442 to get a draw.
That saves time later on
2 hours + to kick off. Why did I get here so early.

I’ll be listening to DD’s commentary.
2-2 and probably Ross’ last match as Interim gaffer.
Thanks Ross

Plenty of Orient fans at the stadium before me.
Re: Northampton (A) Match / Exiles Thread
Hmm....Ekpiteta and Marsh dropped.... Not a fan of that.
Not entirely sure what formation it is.

Re: Northampton (A) Match / Exiles Thread
Presume this is how we finished last week?
Wilkinson & Brophy out wide with Harrold the centre-piece?
Looks very odd how they’ve set it up on the Sky Sports app!

Re: Northampton (A) Match / Exiles Thread
No, I think Marsh was on for the whole 90 minutes . We all know Harrold is a good impact sub but he can't last the whole game .
Re: Northampton (A) Match / Exiles Thread
Maybe 4-3-3 with Wilko and Brophy either side of Harold. Wilko would be wasted out wide.
Not sure it resolves the defensive issues but we should get some goals. Anything is better that 5-3-2.

As for Harrold, you’re right - maybe they think this is the best way to actually hold the ball in their half for more than 5 seconds during a first half. Might stop the ball being continuously recycled back into our half quickly.
Marsh a mistake to drop I feel.

Why am I getting the feeling Ross is making a mistake . Obviously I hope I'm wrong and we get all three points this afternoon.
