It's not really 'highly selective', is it? It's his most recent employment, which is arguably more relevant than when he was at a big club like Forest in L1.

Can the owners consider the way information becomes more confidential and is there any real need to inform the public on any information until they decide who they want who has accepted any offer and when that person will commence their duties ie one formal press release at the end of the process.

Talking about having coffee with the selected number by ML or now reading what the Cambridge manager spoke about in a private call is of no relevance to the objective and reading a tweet from the owner about the number of applicants, adds no real value to us the applicants or the club.

Until we know whether that's a top 7 player wage bill or a top 7 wage bill for all staff (academy, commercial etc.) it's difficult to make that argument as a case for league performance.

What's surprising is how long it took to start the process. Contrary to some of the rumours going around about the club approaching managers early on it *seems* like it's only started after Ross stepped down officially the other week.

That's the strangest part of it really given in his interview the guy never wanted to be the manager (sounds like Ling put him in an impossible situation) nor saw himself staying there long-term.
